A one-person-business has to wear so many hats, some times one at the time sometimes many at the same time. 🎩🧢🎓👒 For that reason, I like to get help from any source I find, and the Internet is usually a great place to find business tools that help me run mine. There are the ones I use:
Invoicing, that part of the business that has to be done if you want to get paid. But can be a hassle if you need to keep track of expenses and invoice numbers and all that. Wave apps has been my BFF since pretty much day one of Pixel and Ink. I started with the free version and I am still in the free version. There are a lot of accountant tools online, I’m sure they are great too, but I can’t recommend Wave enough for those who start and have a limited budget.

Asana is the one to organise your whole business. I use to keep track for pretty much everything. From project management to list blog ideas and everything in between. It’s great to help you automate business functions and teamwork. It’s really versatile!

I know that we shouldn’t advertise the giants, but Google Suite is a tool that helps me so much. It integrates emails, documents and digital storage/backup. Very good to share information and folders.

Freshdesk is a very good startup ticket management. I have used it as client area too. Pretty nice free version and not too expensive if you want to upgrade.

What can I say about this tool? Is the one I use the most. The reason I recommended it is because if you are starting and branding your business, creating brochures or advertisement, Creative Cloud offers a free trial that you can use to get started and then unsubscribe or just pay for the time you need to finish your projects.
